Minimum Education: An MBA or any master degree in business administration.
Minimum Experience: •  Minimum of 15 years of business to business sales experience, with at least five years of sales management experience nationwide.
•  Create a sales culture that requires and rewards feedback while empowering sales team to try new things that will help achieve the sales strategy.
•  Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
•  Establish targets in assigned domains by forecasting and developing revenue, sales volume, market share, business development and monitor the performance against these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and launch successful channel promotions.
• Reporting and analysis of assigned objectives such as revenue, growth, targets achievements, industry trends and external market conditions with competitor┬┐s information.
• Supervision of Corporate/ Retail & distribution channel while ensuring right channel investment in business.
