Minimum Education: Bachelors/MBA or Master¿s Degree.
Minimum Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of core sales and branch banking experience preferably at a managerial position.
Eligibility:
• Must have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, time management and planning skills.
•  Must have understanding of overall banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Forecast sales growth potential of region and disseminate District-wise/branch-wise targets for deposits and assets growth.
• Forecast and distribute business development and cross-sell targets amongst districts/branches.
• To monitor daily performance of BM¿s and coaching them when required and monitor major relationships and follow-up on any delinquencies.
• Keeping close eye on building and maintaining relationship with valued clients and strategically identifying new ways to generate deposits.
• Provide guidance to BM¿s on sales programs and avenues.
• Approve/recommend fresh as well as old customer¿s credit applications.
• Ensure balanced distribution of asset portfolio amongst all BM¿s to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain strict follow-up on mark-ups, commissions etc. and to take immediate action on anomalies.
• Visit relationships with BM¿s where deemed necessary for initiation/maintenance of relationship.
• Hold weekly/monthly meetings with BM¿s to discuss individual accounts and problems/issues if any.
• Prospecting new customers and tailoring solutions in accordance to their needs.
