Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience with strong sales back ground
•  Ability to interact with diverse cultures and people at all levels as well as adaptability to change.
•  Strong management and leadership skills required for effective implementation of the regions business and service plans.
•  Excellent verbal and communication skills along with team management skills and sound knowledge of retail banking products and processes.
•  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office management tools including PC skills (MS Office).
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the region┬┐s liabilities targets are achieved against each deposit product within the time specified.
•Identify potential lending relationships through the field teams that are sound and profitable and determine growth opportunities in the existing portfolio and recommend those for deepening of the base. Ensure NPL targets are achieved and housekeeping of the portfolio is maintained as per bank requirement.
•Ensure customer┬┐s needs/complaints regarding services, products and premises are responded to their satisfaction.
•Establish and develop desired level of business relationships with institutional customers in order to mobilize such deposits as and when required by the bank.
• Recommend opening of new branches and closure/relocation of existing branches as per business dynamics. Recommend renovation and maintenance of branches.
