• Strong in analytics and numeric skills.
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible to develop and manage lending relationships in the SME segment driven through Product Program based lending. The Relationship Manager will handle & service business and individual loans, manage assigned portfolio through creation, development and maintenance of high quality advisory relationships that includes effective consultative and creative management on financial solutions (within segmentation boundaries)
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Manage SME customer relationships through proactive and consultative approach and detailed understanding of existing customers businesses to enhance revenues.
• Manage assigned portfolio through creation, development and maintenance of high quality advisory relationships that includes effective consultative and creative management and restructuring of financial solutions.
• Secure existing business relationships through analysis of needs and stipulation of products and services.
•  Analyze and review quality of existing business to ensure maximum profitability.
• Work in close partnership with CRM and Credit Managers to ensure that credit applications for renewals, restructuring, rescheduling and settlements facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with the banks stipulations.
• Manage credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the bank¿s policy and other SME policies.
• Conduct customer meetings that have defined call objectives, desired outcomes and a well-constructed plan.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all actual and attempted customer interactions.
• Solicit and acquire new business as and when required within the defined market segments.
