What is UBL netbanking?

UBL Netbanking is an Internet Banking Service that offers simple, convenient and secure method of accessing UBL bank accounts on the Internet. It has never been so easy to access and manage your finances in a secure, real-time online environment.

What can I do with netbanking?

Using Netbanking, you can access your UBL bank account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can keep a close eye on your account balances, print account statements, pay bills, transfer funds, track purchases and schedule your recurring payments at the touch of a button and much more.

How can I activate my netbanking Account?

You can activate your account through the website, provided:

  • You have an Active Account with UBL
  • Your E-mail Address is registered with UBL
  • Your Mobile Number is registered with UBL

How do I update my email address / mobile number?

Call UBL Contact Centre at (+9221) 111-825-888 OR Visit your UBL Branch to update your profile information.

Can I access netbanking from anywhere?

Yes! You can access Netbanking from anywhere anytime via the Internet.

I did register with UBL's Value Added Service but while activating my account - a message appears 'Information provided is invalid'.

How can I sign up on netbanking by using my UBL Account information?

You can sign-up to Netbanking through the following two options.

  • By using Debit Card information
  • By using Account information

I have UBL Debit Card, how can I sign-up for Netbanking?

After selecting the option “UBL Netbanking Login”

  • Select the option to Register for Netbanking!
  • Provide your E-mail Address
  • Provide your Debit Card Number and PIN
  • Enter Verification Code
  • Click on Next

Upon successful authentication, an email will be sent to your registered e-mail address with an activation link. Click on that link to activate your Netbanking account.

I forgot my ATM PIN?

Contact us at (+9221) 111-825-888 for ATM PIN reset.

I am not receiving netbanking emails on my Hotmail address?

By default, Hotmail has set the Junk Mail Filter to ‘Enhance’ spam filtering. Because of this, legitimate messages are occasionally identified as junk e-mail and are moved to the Junk folder. To ensure messages from UBL are not moved to the Junk folder, please add domain ‘’ to your Hotmail Safe List.

How to add a UBL domain ( to Hotmail’s Safe List?

Log in to your Hotmail Account

  • Click ‘Options’
  • Click ‘Junk E-Mail Protection’
  • Click ‘Safe List’
  • Type the domain i.e. ‘’ and click ‘Add’.
