Minimum Education: BS. / M.S. in Computer Sciences or relevant proven work experience is required.
Minimum Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in Data driven field (DWH, BI, Analytics).
Skills Required:
•  Strong SQL and relational database / data warehouse skills, data analysis experience is needed to be successful in this role.
•  Understand and be capable of effectively communicating the architectural design to Management and Executive teams.
•  Ability to analyze complex issues and build solutions.
•  Knowledge of data concepts and best practices on data Architecture.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
•  Good Functional / Banking Knowledge is required.
•  Ability to influence and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
Job Responsibilities :
•  Design data model, data integration workflows, data pipelines, ETL/ELT mappings for relational, non-relational and streaming data sources.
•  Design key architectural and development artefacts including architectural overviews, high/low level technical designs and specifications.
•  Control data model changes through active involvement throughout the project lifecycle, as well as reviewing and approving data designs.
•  Collaborate with delivery teams to provide consultation, governance on data architecture and integration, and contribute to the delivery of projects.
•  Contribute to the development & publishing of data management standards, principles, and policies.
•  Collaborate with other data practitioners in the development of enterprise data services.
•  Prepare analytical datasets and perform feature engineering for machine learning models.
•  Provide leadership to ensure good data quality when integrating data sources into the ecosystem.
•  Participate in the resolution of data quality and data integration issues.
•  Monitor performance and advise any necessary configurations & infrastructure changes.
•  Develop test strategies for unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
