Minimum Education: •  Bachelors or equivalent degree and relevant experience. Professional certification would be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience: •  Previous successful roles in sales and CS at CT/CSOM/YFPB levels.
•  Perform/ lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non financial transactions as per the roles defined in the Branch Model Transaction matrix.
• Identify and follow up on business acquisition opportunities, and managing a prospects list in the branchs catchment area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and follow up on cross sell leads identified during daily transaction handling.
• Managing, Coaching, & mentoring of staff to achieve above median score for the branch on the CS score card.
