UBL Go-Green SMS Alert service

Through this facility, you will be able to receive banking transaction details as soon as it happens without visiting or contacting the bank. UBL SMS Alert facility includes the following features:

  • Instant alerts: You will receive instant alert on debit and credit transactions.
  • Multiple registrations: You can register for more than one account or product and an applicable fee per month will be charged for each account or product.
  • Secure: UBL SMS alert is secure as you will receive alerts on your registered mobile number which you provide when applying for the facility.
  • Worldwide access: You can receive the SMS alerts while travelling abroad, as long as your phone is set to international roaming facility.

SMS Alerts:

This service is available for Cards and Accounts based transactions and includes the following:

  • Cash deposit
  • Cheque withdrawal/deposit
  • Issuance/Cancellation of cashier’s cheque
  • Interbranch transfer
  • ATM withdrawal & Funds transfer
  • POS transaction


As a benefit to our customers, the fee for the first month (Calendar Month) of your registration will not be charged. You will be charged from the second month of your registration and onwards.

Currently following charges will be applicable.

  • Basic Service: Monthly charges of Rs 60 (up to first 50 free SMS) - Rs. 1 per SMS thereafter
  • Premium Service: Monthly charges of Rs 100 (up to first 150 free SMS) - Rs. 0.5 per SMS thereafter

Once you subscribe for the facility, you will receive a SMS Alert subscription message on your mobile number registered for the service.

For Change in Mobile number, Service De-Activation and/or Re-Activation, please submit the amendment form using any of the above mentioned channels.
