Funds Transfer

Using your Omni Account you can carry out various types of Funds Transfers through a wide array of channels.

From Omni Account to another Omni Account

You can send money to any Omni Account easily through any of the following modes:

SMS Command

  • Go to the write message option of your mobile phone
  • Type following command and send it to 8257

    Pay < Amount >< receiver’s Omni mobile Account # >< last 4 digits of your CNIC > e.g. Pay 2000 03001234567 1234

  • You will receive a system generated call back from Omni
  • To confirm transaction, authenticate yourself and enter Omni PIN which you have created at the time of Account Activation*
  • You will receive confirmation SMS from 8257 that you have successfully loaded your mobile balance.
  • Receiver will also receive a confirmation SMS that he has received money

*On IVR call back, option to issue/avail Life Insurance will be offered to all customers sending money to another Omni Account/CNIC

Omni Customer Mobile App

You can transfer funds to any other Omni Account from Omni App in a few quick and simple steps:

  • Successfully Log in to your Omni Customer App
  • Go to Transactions menu
  • Select Send Money -> Other Omni Account
  • Enter Receiver Mobile Account number and Amount
  • You have the option of opting for issuing yourself for Life insurance policy free of charge
  • Enter PIN and click Next
  • Successful message displayed on App screen

UBL Netbanking

By accessing your Omni Account from Netbanking, you can use it to transfer funds to another Omni Account:

  • Add beneficiary details by selecting UBL Omni Account option
  • Enter beneficiary Omni Account number (simply the 13 digit Omni Account Mobile number)
  • Enter Amount & T-PIN and complete transaction

To access your Omni Account through the internet just visit our UBL Netbanking website at http://www.ubldirect.com/Corporate/ebank.aspx and by a simple process get yourself registered and successfully login with your credentials.

ATM

You can transfer funds between to any other Omni Account by accessing your Omni Account from our wide network of UBL ATMs:

  • Visit any UBL ATM
  • Using your Omni Debit card issued against your Omni Account enter Omni ATM card PIN
  • Select Funds Transfer option on menu page
  • Select option To other UBL account
  • Enter beneficiary Omni Account number (simply the 13 digit Omni Account Mobile number)
  • Enter Amount and complete transaction
From Omni Account to person (CNIC)

You can send money to your friends and family anywhere in Pakistan, even if they do not have a bank account, as long as they have a CNIC.

SMS Command

  • Go to the write message option of your mobile phone
  • Type following command and send it to 8257

    Send < Amount > < Receiver CNIC > < Receiver Mobile number > < Purpose 1 Family, 2 Business, 3 investment, 4 Others> < last 4 digits of your CNIC > e.g. Send 8000 4220158484845 1234

  • You will receive a system generated call back from Omni*
  • To confirm transaction, authenticate yourself and enter Omni PIN which you have created at the time of Account Activation**
  • Once you enter the correct PIN, you will receive an SMS from 8257 with disbursal code
  • Provide this disbursal code to the receiver
  • Receiver will visit the nearest UBL Omni Dukaan with Original CNIC and disbursal code to receive money

*you will receive a callback on funds transfer of more than Rs. 7,000

**On IVR call back, option to issue/avail Life Insurance will be offered to all customers sending money to another Omni Account/CNIC

Omni Customer Mobile App

You can transfer funds to any other Omni Account from Omni App in a few quick and simple steps:

  • Successfully Log in to your Omni Customer App
  • Go to Transactions menu
  • Select Send Money -> Person
  • Enter Receiver CNIC, Receivers Mobile number, Purpose of Funds and Amount
  • You have the option of opting for issuing yourself for Life insurance policy free of charge
  • Enter PIN and click Next
  • Successful message displayed on App screen which will include the disbursal code
  • Provide this disbursal code to the receiver
  • Receiver will visit the nearest UBL Omni Dukaan with Original CNIC and disbursal code to receive money

Omni Dukaan

Omni Account customer has the option of sending funds to a CNIC from their nearest Omni Dukan with the assistance of our Omni Agent.

  • Customer visits the Omni Dukaan with original CNIC
  • Provides the Omni Agent with the required details; own Omni Account Mobile #, Own CNIC #, Receiver CNIC, Receiver Mobile #, Purpose of Funds & Amount
  • After Agent enters the details, an SMS with a OTP/Passcode will be sent on your Omni Account Mobile number
  • Customer to enter this OTP on Agent system to proceed with transaction.
  • Successful message transaction will be received which includes the Disbursal code
  • Provide this disbursal code to the receiver
  • Receiver will visit the nearest UBL Omni Dukaan with Original CNIC and disbursal code to receive money

Note: With introduction of biometric receiving, Sending customer has the option of sending funds from Account to a CNIC of amount upto Rs. 50,000 provided that the receiver receives the amount biometrically. Incase of non-biometric receiving, amount of upto Rs. 25,000 can be sent from Account.

From Omni Account to UBL Branch Account / UBL Branch Account to Omni Account

You can send money to any UBL Branch Account even your own and can also receive money from any/your own UBL Branch Account. If you want to take money out of your Omni account, you can unload it to your UBL Branch account. You can use your UBL Branch account to transfer funds/load money in to your Omni account whenever you run out of money.

An option of linking your Omni Account with your own UBL Branch Account is also available which makes transfer of funds between both the accounts easier. To link your Omni Account with your own UBL Branch Account call our 24/7 helpline at 111-825-77.

SMS Command – for Linked Accounts (Omni & UBL branch Account)

  • Go to the write message option of your mobile phone
  • Type following command and send it to 8257 for funds transfer from Omni Account to linked UBL Branch Account:

    Unload < Amount > < last 4 digits of your CNIC > e.g. Unload 5000 4567

  • Type following command and send it to 8257 for funds transfer from UBL Branch Account to linked Omni Account:

    Load < Amount > < last 4 digits of your CNIC > e.g. Load 5000 5675

  • You will receive a system generated call back from Omni*
  • To confirm transaction, authenticate yourself and enter Omni PIN which you have created at the time of Account Activation
  • You will receive confirmation SMS from 8257 that your amount has been sent

Omni Customer Mobile App

You can transfer funds between your Omni and your/other UBL Branch Account linked or non-linked from Omni App in a few quick and simple steps:

For Linked Accounts (Omni & UBL branch Account)

  • Successfully Log in to your Omni Customer App
  • Go to Transactions menu
  • Select Send Money -> My Branch Account
  • Select Transaction type; Omni to UBL Account or UBL Account to Omni
  • Enter Amount & PIN and click Next
  • Successful message displayed on App screen

For Non-Linked Accounts (Omni & UBL branch Account)

  • Successfully Log in to your Omni Customer App
  • Go to Transactions menu
  • Select Send Money -> Send Money to UBL Account
  • Enter Branch code, Account number, Amount
  • Enter PIN and click Next
  • Confirm transaction with Beneficiary Account details
  • Successful message displayed on App screen

UBL Netbanking - for Linked/Non-linked Accounts (Omni & UBL branch Account)

You can transfer funds between your Omni and your/other UBL Branch Account linked or non-linked by accessing your Accounts from Netbanking:

  • Add beneficiary details by selecting UBL Branch Account/UBL Omni Account option
  • Enter beneficiary Account number
  • Enter Amount & T-PIN and complete transaction

ATM- for Linked/Non-linked Accounts (Omni & UBL branch Account)

You can transfer funds between your Omni and your/other UBL Branch Account linked or non-linked by accessing your Accounts from our wide network of UBL ATMs:

  • Visit any UBL ATM
  • Using your Omni Debit card issued against your Omni Account enter Omni ATM card PIN
  • Select Funds Transfer option on menu page
  • Select option To other UBL account
  • Enter beneficiary Omni Account number (simply the 13 digit Omni Account Mobile number) or UBL branch Account number
  • Enter Amount and complete transaction

Inter Bank Funds Transfer

You can send money to any other Bank Account through the following channels:

Omni Customer Mobile App

  • Successfully Log in to your Omni Customer App
  • Go to Transactions menu
  • Select Send Money -> Send Money to Other Bank Account
  • Select Bank name, Enter Account number and Amount
  • Enter PIN and click Next
  • Confirm transaction with Beneficiary Account details
  • Successful message displayed on App screen

UBL Netbanking

By accessing your Omni Account from Netbanking, you can use it to transfer funds to any other Bank Account:

  • Add beneficiary details by selecting To Other Bank Account
  • Enter beneficiary Account number
  • Enter Amount & T-PIN and complete transaction

ATM

You can transfer funds from your Omni Account to any other Bank Account by accessing your Account from our wide network of UBL ATMs:

  • Visit any UBL ATM
  • Using your Omni Debit card issued against your Omni Account enter Omni ATM card PIN
  • Select Funds Transfer option on menu page
  • Select option Inter Bank Funds Transfer
  • Enter beneficiary Account number
  • Enter Amount and complete transaction
